My name is Michael Poruban and I am the 2023 Class President. As president I work alongside the other officers and class advisors to improve our school and the experiences of our classmates. Our goal is to strengthen class unity through various activities/fundraisers and provide a positive educational experience for everyone.

In addition to my role as Class President I am constantly involved in other activities with the high school. I play 3 sports for the school: football, basketball, and baseball. As well as playing sports for the school I am also a member of Link Crew.

As a leader in our school community I am committed to working to better the experiences of my classmates. The other officers and I encourage you to reach out with any suggestions that can help make our community a better place. I am excited to continue working with you to help our school!

My name is Gabriella (Ella) Wallace, Vice President of the Class of 2023 here at Perkiomen Valley High School.  Along with my three fellow officers, I work to make our high school a welcoming, positive, and FUN place to be!  Aside from being a class officer, I am a competitive dancer and a sprinter for the Track and Field team.

Throughout the past few years of high school, I have enjoyed immersing myself in the wonderful clubs that our school has to offer such as Link Crew, National Honor Society, Key Club, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Investment Club, and more.

Being a class officer has allowed me to foster the essential life skills and core values of responsibility, initiative, leadership, teamwork, compassion, advocacy, and a strong sense of community, with which I aim to lead our class.  I am excited to continue working with everyone and can hardly wait to see what the rest of this year has to offer!

My name is Jackson Boettinger, and I am the Secretary for the Class of 2023 here at Perkiomen Valley Highschool.  Around the school, I participate in various sports and clubs including Golf, Winter Track, Spring Track, Link Crew, National Honor Society, and Key Club.

Throughout the past two years my fellow officers and I have run several fundraisers to raise money for our class in years that have been quite difficult.

Running these fundraisers have taught me life skills, including: responsibility, organization, and perseverance.  Us four officers are excited for our upper class years and plan to provide the best experience for them!

My name is Riya Sringari, and I am the Treasurer of the Class of 2023 at Perkiomen Valley High School. I am an active member of the Montgomery County Healthcare Rights Committee with PPF-PA, a birding member of FBC Philly, and organize mutual aid projects around the MontCo and Philly areas.

As your officers, we are dedicated to providing a safe space for all of you. I also want to make my peers' high school experience memorable and positive, through a holistic approach to leadership with a focus on mental health and wellbeing. The other officers, our lovely advisors, and myself have been diligently working to raise as much money as possible for prom, fun events, volunteer work, and more! School events should be safe, accessible, and affordable to all, and we work hard to make that happen. We cannot wait to see what's in store for our upperclassmen years!

I'm heavily involved with the school in activities such as playing the viola in Orchestra, Key Club, Take Action, PV Woods & the Lenape Arboretum Project, Speech and Debate, the GSA, and etc. Involvement in groups such as LINK Crew allows me to mentor and guide incoming freshmen, as well as creating a kind & welcoming atmosphere for them. My work as a class officer and involvement in extracurriculars and community projects within PVSD has helped me uphold my values and grow as a person. I use these passions to nurture equity and empathy in my daily life. Community is everything to me, and community always comes first. I'm here for you, as a resource and as a friend.

I love all of you so much<3

Hi Class of 2023! I grew up in Mohrsville, PA (close to Reading) and graduated from SVHS! We also called it “the valley!” After I attended West Chester University for Health & Physical Education and Adapted PE. The day after I graduated I accepted my job at PV and haven’t looked back.

Since becoming a teacher at PV I have coached MS East Track & Field every season and JV Girls soccer. Last year I was lucky enough to start our schools first special Olympics unified team. Along with being your class advisor, I am also a Viking Buddies advisor, and the HS Department Head.

In my free time you can always find me hiking or at a concert. I am on a personal mission to cross off every national park (25/63). I don’t have any children but I do have a beautiful 140-pound Burmese mountain dog.
